In My Mailbox #25

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi (The Story Siren) and it allows book lovers to show what they've gotten over the week. It can be books bought, borrowed, received for review, etc.

It's been a good two weeks for books! Well, most of them were received (and bought) this week, but last week was when I received the goodies that I won from the wonderful Beth Revis during her October giveaway!

Bought:
Crossed by Ally Condie
I loved Matched and knew that I had to pick up a copy of Crossed. I've already finished reading it and I can't wait to see what happens in the third book!

Won:
A Million Suns by Beth Revis
Oh. My. Goodness. Beth Revis strikes again! Even when I think see something coming, she still manages to surprise me! This copy is signed and it came along with a rubber bracelet, water bottle, poster, astronaut ice cream, and LUSH goodies! If you're wondering why the rest of the items aren't in the picture, it's because most of them are being used (or have been eaten in the case of the ice cream).

Received for Review:
Havoc by Jeff Sampson
This came along with Incarnate and when they arrived, I was really surprised! I've actually been meaning to read Vesper and now I have a serious excuse to do so! (Yes, this was an unsolicited review copy.)

Incarnate by Jodi Meadows
This is actually the second copy to show up which means... giveaway time! Well, later this week is when the giveaway post will go up for it, but still! I've already read Incarnate and I really loved it. Seriously, but I'm still writing my review for it because sometimes, words fail me.

Partials by Dan Wells
So, you know I've been looking forward to this book. I did a Waiting on Wednesday post for it and everything; so when I saw that bloggers were starting to get copies, I had to ask for a copy to review. Had. To. I haven't started reading it just yet (November is ridiculously busy) but I can't wait until I can make time to read it! Actually, I have a feeling that I'm going to tell myself that I can read one chapter... and then read the entire book. xD

The Space Between by Brenna Yovanoff
I was super excited when The Space Between showed up at my doorstep and I actually just finished reading it earlier today. It definitely met my expectations and in another week, you'll most likely see my review go up!

A huge thank you to Razorbill, HarperTeen, and Balzer + Bray for the books!

Also, if you've been wondering why I haven't been posting too often, you can blame it on NaNoWriMo. :P (And on the off chance that you don't know what NaNoWriMo is, it's National Novel Writing Month; in which, you push yourself to get to 50,000 words by the end of the month.) I am determined to win this year--and I'm also behind on my daily word count, but that was bound to happen anyways.

If you're also participating in NaNoWriMo and you'd like to add me to your writing buddy list, you can find my profile here. I'm still mulling over my title, constantly re-writing my synopsis, and trying to shut my inner editor in a closet so that I can write in peace!

So, what did you get in your mailbox this week? :D
